Exchanges

• To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@bankofleather.com with photos of the issue.
• We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement or refund after inspection.
