  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@bankofleather.com with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement or refund upon inspection.
