We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement or refund upon inspection.
